Shipping and payment terms

A. Delivery restrictions and delivery times

We deliver exclusively within Germany, Austria, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Delivery of your items is fast and reliable, handled by our partners DHL (Deutsche Post AG), DPD, and UPS to the delivery address you provide.

Delivery within Germany, Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands takes 2 to 6 days.

When paying in advance, you issue a payment order to your payment service provider (e.g., bank, PayPal). The delivery period begins on the day following the payment order to your payment service provider. If payment in advance is not agreed upon, the delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded. If the end of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized by the state at the delivery location, the next business day is decisive for the end of the delivery period.

B. Shipping costs

Delivery within Germany costs 6.90 EUR.

Delivery within Austria costs 7.90 EUR.

Delivery within Belgium costs 7.90 EUR.

Delivery within the Netherlands costs 8.90 EUR.

 C. The following payment methods are available to our customers:

Payment via PayPal (PayPal account required): The PayPal payment method allows the customer to pay for the order after the ordering process using their loaded PayPal balance, their credit card, or by direct debit.)

Payment by credit card (PayPal PLUS / PayPal account not required):

When selecting credit card as your payment method, a PayPal account is not required and does not need to be created. PayPal accepts the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. Your credit card details are encrypted and securely transmitted to PayPal. Payment processing is carried out by your credit card company at PayPal's request immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction and your verification as the legitimate cardholder. The card statement is issued by PayPal.

Payment by direct debit (PayPal PLUS / PayPal account not required):

After completing your order, you will be securely redirected to an external page of our payment provider, PayPal. There you can enter your bank details. A PayPal account is not required and does not need to be created. The payment amount will be collected directly by PayPal. By confirming the payment instruction, you are granting PayPal a direct debit mandate. PayPal will inform you of the date your account will be debited

Payment in advance by bank transfer:

Payment in advance by bank transfer: We will send you our bank details by email. When transferring the invoice amount, please include your full name and order number in the payment reference. The invoice amount is due immediately upon receipt of the bank details. The goods will be shipped once the purchase price has been credited to our account.

Purchase on account (PayPal PLUS / PayPal account not required):

After completing your order, you will be securely redirected to an external page of our payment provider, PayPal. A PayPal account is not required and does not need to be created. The invoice amount is payable to PayPal within 14 days of receiving the invoice. Payment can only be made to PayPal with legally binding effect. However, we remain responsible for general contract processing and customer inquiries, e.g., in connection with the delivery of goods, complaints, cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Redemption of promotional coupons (vouchers)

As part of our promotional campaigns, we issue promotional coupons with a predetermined validity period. Our promotional coupons can only be redeemed once per order and only within the specified period. We reserve the right to make the redemption of promotional coupons subject to a minimum order value.

The order value must be at least equal to the value of the promotional coupon. Any difference for a higher order value can be paid using our available payment methods. Promotional coupons cannot be redeemed for cash. The value of the promotional coupon will also not be refunded if the ordered goods are returned in whole or in part.

Promotional coupons can only be redeemed before completing an order. Retroactive application is unfortunately not possible. Promotional coupons are non-transferable. Multiple promotional coupons cannot be combined unless we have agreed otherwise.

If you have redeemed a promotional coupon and return goods within the statutory right of withdrawal, we reserve the right to charge you the original price for the goods you did not return. This only applies if the value of the order, after deducting the returned goods, falls below or equals the respective value of the promotional coupon/minimum order value.
